The timetable for your day with us will be as follows:

  • 09:30 - 09:45 ­ Arrive for registration / breakfast
  • 10:00 ­ Course starts
  • 13:00 (approx) ­ Lunch
  • 17:00 ­ Course finishes

There will also be a morning and afternoon coffee break.

We provide everything you will need for the day, so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything with you.

When you come on one of our courses you can expect fun, practical training in a relaxed and friendly environment.

We’ve done everything we can to make sure you learn loads while you’re with us, but in a way that is enjoyable.

When you arrive at our offices you’ll be shown through to our dedicated training suite that has its own comfy and chilled­out breakout area. Here you’ll be offered freshly brewed Nespresso coffee (or tea if you prefer) and some breakfast – usually a selection of fresh croissants, cereals, and fruit.

You’ll have a chance to meet your trainer before the course starts at 10:00. And if you need to get any emails out of the way before you start your training, we’ve got free WiFi you can use.

In the training room you’ll find everything you need for the day – workbooks, notepads, pens, and even walls that you can write on. You don’t need a laptop for this course but if you do want to use one to take notes then you’ll find power and WiFi provided for you.

The course itself will be interactive and there’ll be practical exercises for you to do on your own or in groups throughout the day. We keep class sizes small (no more than 10 delegates) so you get as much help and attention from the trainer as you need.

As well as coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon, we’ll provide a buffet lunch. And over lunch there’ll be the chance to network with the other delegates and chat to your trainer.

At the end of the course, you’ll receive a certificate of attendance and details of how to keep in touch with us for any follow­up questions you may have or ongoing support you may need.
